The event welcomes architects, designers and admirers, and is the the largest trade fair in the architecture, decoration, design and landscape segment in the Americas. The Deluxe By line After you was present in 11 of the 15 CASACOR editions of 2021, with different types of decorative and technical appliances, which combine design and technology. «A project that follows the concept of a new way of living, which requires a greater connection with the place where one lives. The new paths aim at a transformation of homes into much more humanized environments, with affective memories and which tell stories. In this space, the elegant contemporary features refer to the style of an elegant environment to use, full of a relaxed and familiar lifestyle. The paneled walls form a neutral base, with surprising textures, highlighting the predominance of blue tones in the furniture, coverings and windows. Some wooden elements and occasional lights bring more warmth to the room.”

Environment Name: Bathrooms “Refresh | Reload | Restart“ | Professional: DLP Architecture | Product: Cage pendant
«The concept of environment, translated with these words, was designed so that, once arriving in the space, the visitor is invited to wash his hands (Refresh). Following the environment, immediately after the sinks, we arrive at the Lounge, where the visitor can take a break, recharge his energies (Recharge) and then start the journey again (Restart), an analogy with the present time, a time of renewal.
The basis of the project is in neutral tones, using black and white (in different shades and textures), combined with a green tone on the walls and woody tones on the panels, which bring warmth and a touch of personality.

Environment Name: Alameda das Artes | Professional: Luciano Zanardo | Products: Hummer Skewer, Century Sconce, Montagne and Elegance Rail Spot
“The professional has transformed his space into a true work of art that will include the presence of sculptural plants combined with a collection signed by renowned national artists.
Called Alameda das Artes, the 232 m² space is characterized by minimalism through a mix of vegetation: Adam’s rib, of tropical origin, and the exotic elephant’s foot. “In addition to being hardy and easy to care for plants, they are extremely sculptural, thus creating a space for contemplation”

Name Environment: Does | Professional: Gabriela de Matos | Products: Hasta Trio Pendant Lamp, Cage Pendant Lamp and Spot Elegance
“Agô, by Gabriela de Matos The word from the Yoruba language meaning “to ask for permission or permission” gives its name to the 45 m2 reception space by architect Gabriela de Matos “It brings an Afro-Brazilian and Amerindian perspective to the house, in which the limits of the house are not defined by the walls, but by relationships with the environment, ourselves and the people around us,” says the architect, thanking architect Fellipe for his collaboration with Brum, the consultant Paula Motta and the artist and sister Maré de Matos In the centre, the mud bench made on site represents an ancient and ancestral technology”.

“An environment developed to encourage interaction between people and an environment of contemplation in the local landscape of Goiás 2021. The duo surprises the visitor, who has just started his journey through the exhibition with a beautiful cobogó panel and leads to the ticket office with a staircase with sinuous lines in different shades of fulget.”

Environment Name: Helmut Square | Professional: Ivan Aguiar and Heliomar Venâncio | Products: Oka Cube chandelier and Century Wing sconce
“Helmut Square, designed by professionals Ivan Aguiar and Heliomar Venâncio, offers several resting places full of greenery and the use of photovoltaics.
An area of almost 500m² is connected by an almost 70m long horizontal sinuous sculpture in chocolate colour. The highlight is the stone bench: on the giant pebble weighing 1 ton.”

Environment Name: Suite for couples | Professional: Renata Tristão Architecture | Products: Gota Duo pendant lamp, Pearl table lamp and Elegance Due wall light
«Architect Renata Tristão’s goal for the Couple’s Suite was to create an intimate, welcoming and dynamic atmosphere. The key word is balance.
Made up of three spaces that complement each other: the Bathroom, the Bedroom and the Balcony, the project is based on a palette of shades of grey, which as a neutral colour, consequently corresponds to stability, solidity and refinement.
In the highlights the reference to wood, the use of natural stones and reflections were explored.”

Environment Name: Showa | Professional: DB Architects | Products: Hasta Recta 1M, Century Twin wall light, Pérola table and Aramis table lamp
«The Showa apartment was decorated by one of the most well-known names in Brazilian architecture, the architect David Bastos. A long-time partner of CASACOR editions, the architect participates in the exhibition in Espírito Santo for the first time.
In the entire 160 m2 apartment, the use of reforestation wood has embraced the entire social area, converging with the style of the family, who loves to cook and stay in the comfort of home.
Particular details for the project, such as the dining table, stone bench and metal kitchen, converge to personalize the environments, favoring the architecture of Being, where each space has been designed to serve a family made up of a couple with 3 children, including two twins».

Environment Name: «The office, oh!» | Professional: João Dias | Products: Max White Pearl Pendant
«A welcoming and comfortable environment with refined details, together with the new reality of families, inspired this project that combines work and leisure. João’s office is characterized by neutral colors, spot lighting, organic textures and geometric shapes. In addition to the tables, the space features furniture designed by Brazilian designers, designed for relaxation and reading, which can also be used for social gatherings.»

«Inspired by the desires of the ‘new times’, in the period of social distancing, Ingresso Living is spacious, welcoming and multifunctional. A space to gather the family, watch a film, drink good wine, cook, study and work. All together in a bright, bright, comfortable environment, with nature as a backdrop.»

Environment Name: Serra Refuge | Professional: Cypriana Pinheiro and Anchella Lopes | Products: Arandela Centery Mountains and Nature Pendant
“The Refúgio da Serra loft brings the idea of what the “Original Home” is and, with that, conveys the warmth of the countryside and the practicality of the integration of the environments. The idea of designing the space was born after the experience of developing projects in the mountains. Cypriana has been working in the area since the 1990s, focusing on residential architecture, and Anchella has been working on architectural and interior projects for 15 years.”
