We love Pedrali! Today, we’re introducing Pyrgos, a restaurant in Santorini, Greece, that features furniture from this Italian brand.
This restaurant sits atop a small hill in the heart of the island, where the remains of a Venetian fortress still stand. The village where the restaurant is located sits at the island’s highest point and was fortified by the Venetian Republic in the 15th century. Today, the fortress remains open to the public. Pyrgos was founded in 1988, continuing a family tradition for nearly 30 years in this historic and picturesque location. At Pyrgos in Santorini, guests not only enjoy unparalleled panoramic views but also experience the ultimate comfort with furniture from the Italian manufacturer Pedrali. It’s the perfect place for a refreshing lunch or a taste of exquisite Greek and Mediterranean cuisine—especially after a stroll along the beaches of Perissa and Kamari, or a wander through the narrow streets of Fira.

Modern furniture equipped with Pedrali seating
Pedrali’s carefully selected furniture is weatherproof and resistant to seawater corrosion, able to withstand even the high temperatures of the Mediterranean. This furniture is part of a recent renovation project of this historic building, overseen by L11 Architects (Katerina Vasileiadou Annette Bitouni Interior Design).
Pedrali Nolita Standing Seats
The restaurant boasts stunning panoramic island views and invites guests to enjoy captivating sunsets. The garden, accommodating 80 to 150 people, features stylish outdoor ambiance created by the all-steel Nolita seating and armchairs designed by Simone Mandelli and Antonio Pagliarulo. The white seating and armchairs blend harmoniously with the Greek landscape, perfectly complementing the Nemea wooden chairs designed by Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo, as well as the Bold and Arki dining tables. It’s an ideal place to gather with friends.
Every detail of the restaurant has been carefully considered to create a comfortable and inviting space. Before the main course, guests can enjoy cocktails or delicate snacks in cozy and comfortable lounge areas. These lounge areas consist of a Nolita bar and concrete tables designed by Pio and Tito Toso, with legs made of sturdy concrete.
